How do I request a copy of an article or chapter? What is Document Delivery/ interlibrary loan?

All Mayo staff with LAN IDs and passwords can use our Document Delivery service to request copies of journal articles and book chapters at no charge. Articles and chapters are delivered to your email as PDF files. If you have a list of articles, you can order them all at once to save time. If the library does not have the item you requested in our collections, we will borrow it from another library via interlibrary loan and notify you when it is available.
